How will we do this? 

Mr. Jonathan Dukes have been presented with an opportunity to enter

into the 2017- 2018 APBL BASKETBALL SEASON, the American

Professional Basketball League, under the commission of Bill Graham. 

We will select 18 players to become and participate in the first Semi-

Pro/Minor Basketball League in the APB L from the Delmarva Eastern

Shore.
